The minutes were read by Patrick Wills (Guild Secretary).

3.    Matters arising
It was just noted that the October evening meeting was actually held at Hever.
Kate Wills (Guild Chairman) signed the minutes as accepted following a show of hands by those who had been at that meeting.

4.    Election of new members

None

5.    Informal Dinner - Saturday 8th February
Andrew Brock has provisionally booked the Star Inn at Felbridge for approximately 20, 7.00pm for 7.30pm.
Patrick will email full details to all members, together with a menu and advise when orders and numbers are required.

6.    Suggested Meeting Programme for 2020-2021
Patrick went through his current suggestions for the year. Some queries were raised by members present.
a - 4th April - Suggested joint meeting with the Tonbridge District of the Kent Association. Mike Bullett advised that this was due to be held at Horsmonden with a 10.00am start.
b - Outing on July 11th - with no volunteers offering to organise this, Patrick again offered to make arrangements, an area suggested was West Hampshire.
c - September meeting - Insurance issues had previously been raised when a visit to Westerham had been requested on an earlier occasion.
d - Members present were asked if they were happy with the planned changes to meeting times and arrangements - afternoon for November meetings, and morning/afternoon for January business meetings - most members present were in agreement.

7.    Any other Business
Treasurer, Mike Bullett reminded members present that subscriptions were due, £5 per person. He would prefer bank transfers if possible and would email a reminder to all members in the next few days.

A committee meeting would be arranged in the near future.

Patrick again mentioned he had flyers from the Loughborough Bellfoundry asking for donations members to take a copy if interested. Mike Bullett pointed out that if donating on their website it automatically ticks on an additional 3% - take care when completing, Just Giving apparently also does this.

The meeting closed at 12.25pm.
